Download iso
Create 10GB partition for installation
Mount tiny 11 iso
Select all files and copy after that paste. on Tiny 11 drive you created
Extract patch file on tiny 11 sources folder
Click on Yes
Now go-to Tiny 11 sources folder and find setupprep run as administrator
Change how setup download updates
Click on not right now
Want clean install change what to keep
Click on nothing for clean install (but I don't want clean install I'll go with keep personal files and apps
Now it takes time depending how much data you have on c drive
Next and accept
Installation completed now
